    Very poor property.ants n rats are moving.bathroom is also not good.door of room r not proper.totaly unsatisfactory.i did not hope such type of problem from ur service.i paid for tree guest. No space for third.n dirty matress has been provided.i asked him to change manager said no no change of room is possible. Abhishek Srivastava Ants n rats are moving in the room.i paid for three adults.no space for third guest.dirty msg provided for this I am not expecting such property from u

    I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. Despite having made an online booking in advance, I was surprised to be charged an additional fee for early check-in. Furthermore, I noticed that guests who booked offline were not subjected to the same inconvenience, which I find unfair and discriminatory. As a customer, I expect consistent and fair treatment regardless of the booking method.

    As i got my booking for standard ac room they first given me normal non ac rooms key and after when i denied to stay they said by mistake they given me wrong key after that manager gave me a ac room key that was very bad in condition then he told me to pay extra for upgrade i paid 700 more for that extra room.
